Is your attorney willing to litigate the case for You? Oct 31st, 2010
Is your attorney willing to litigate the case for
You?
There are several law firms that are not willing to litigate
accident cases and, therefore, before you hire an accident attorney, it is important to
make certain that your attorney is willing to file a lawsuit and try your case.
Some of the heavy advertisers are not willing to file a
lawsuit for you. They are trying to turn your personal injury case over to make
a “quick buck” and meanwhile they are sacrificing the true value of your case.
They can always move on to the next car accident case leaving you in the dust.
Also, there are attorneys who are willing to file the
lawsuit, but they are not willing to try the case in front of a jury because
they do not want the stress of a trial or they are too lazy to properly prepare
your case for trial. They will tell you to take what the insurance company is
offering for your car wreck case even if it is a ridiculous amount. Recently, I
was contacted by someone who was told their case was worth $500,000.00 when the
case began, but during a mediation they were told to take 1/10th of
the estimated claim value. They were outraged and with good reason.
Most car accident cases do not require a trial, but some do
and you need an effective litigator in the event that your case is one that
needs to be tried. The Kentucky Auto Accident Attorney will do everything
possible to obtain your best settlement value without litigation, but is the
insurance company is unwilling to pay the true value of the case, then we will
try the case for you and present your claim in the strongest way possible. You
can contact the Kentucky Auto Accident Attorney by clicking this button.

"Matt is a lawyer you can trust to do his very best for you. On a scale of 1-10 I would give Mr. Troutman a 10. I was satisfied with the results of each case he tried." — Ruth Ann Loid | Bowling Green, Kentucky
