Kentucky Motorists May Not Obstruct Their Windshields.
Feb 7th, 2010
Kentucky statute 189.110 prohibits Kentucky car drivers,
truck drivers and motorcycle riders from placing any paper or other material
on their windshields except those required by law.
Many vehicles have heavy sunscreen material on their
windows, but Kentucky law only allows transparent sunscreen material that has
no more than 25% solar reflectance viewing and no more than 35% light
transmittance.
